FW Properties are working closely with the Wreningham Parish Council in creating a new community owned 4 acre park land along with three new dwellings on the well connected parcel of land off Hethel Road, Wreningham. This development will consist of two 4 bed single storey dwellings and one 4 bed chalet bungalow. FW Properties will be submitting a planning application for this scheme towards the end of March 2024.
