FW Properties are working with South Norfolk Council on the draft preferred site VC NEW1 to be allocated for new housing in Newton Flotman within the emerging Local Plan. If allocated, the scheme will provide a range of house types and bungalows as a phase two scheme following the imminent development of the currently allocated site in the village.
