FW Properties have commenced the on site works for the development of 39 new homes on land to the north of our recently completed new houses off Yarmouth road in Hales. The scheme will provide a range of one, two, three, four and five bedroom houses and bungalows in proximity to the amenities of Loddon. The site is being marketed by Sowerbys, with section 1 of the new houses set for a late-April 2026 completion.
