FW Properties have secured a site allocation with North Norfolk District Council for the development circa 200 new homes and an elderly person accommodation facility on land off Tunstead Road, Hoveton. A public consultation event was held in Hoveton’s village hall on Monday 24th November 2025, where locals were invited to view our presentation boards and share any comments they had on the proposals. The scheme will provide a wide range of house types and bungalows, which sit in close proximity to the amenities of the village and Wroxham. More information to follow in due course.
